N interview with a Torchlight 3 dev in the PC Gaming Show revealed that you can customize your own fort in the game. Torchlight Frontiers is now Torchlight 3, will release on Steam. Additionally, Torchlight: Frontiers was originally a free-to-play game, but you're going to have to pay up front for Torchlight 3.
